You are selective when choosing partners. Search for communities of potential partners. Live in the community until you feel safe and are trusted. For example, Ycombinators or its ilk across the net. Communities which don't reward macho manners. Open source communites approach this ideal.

At least, don't deal with people that you don't know.

> So it is not just my interest and your interest. There is also the very big factor of our interest.

True, but what do you do when you are trying to look after our interest while the other person only sees their interest. How do you avoid that person taking advantage of your beneficence?

Basic to Open Source is the value of our shared interest. The trick is to make the pie bigger not only to get a bigger piece. So it is not just my interest and your interest. There is also the very big factor of our interest. How can we do this negotiation in a way that creates greater diversity of practice in our fussball league. And ultimately in our society.

At present various practices of secrecy, violence in the information realm, mimic elements of violence in society. If we can reduce violence in business perhaps we can reduce violence in other realms.

Is painless and drugless football possible? Well is is a worthy goal.
