Having such a concerned and supportive father is bound to improve your daughters' confidence and chances of success massively and it is heart-warming to read such a thoughtful post, but there is someone else you might consider - their mother. If she is a successful businesswoman/entrepreneur your daughters have the best possible role model to follow that you could hope for, and all you really need to do is keep supporting your wife's business achievements. Your daugthers will get the message.

On the other hand, if their mother has not combined motherhood with a top career, will your daughters feel they have to choose one or the other? Will they feel that if they put business success first they will please you, but disappoint their mother? How will you help them manage such dilemmas?

Whatever choices their mother has made, her support of her daughters is also vital, according to this article in <a href="http://www.newscientist.com/channel/being-human/mg20026764.500-daughters-thrive-on-mothers-pride.html" rel="nofollow">New Scientist</a>.

Good luck. I am sure your daughters have a brilliant future ahead!
